Paru pairs carefully selected, top-grade fresh Korean chicken with a secret bone broth slowly drawn out in a traditional medicinal pot. Even the best broth begins with good chicken. Paru selects only tender, springy premium Korean chicken to a strict standard, lightly pre-roasts it for extra flavor, then piles on seven kinds of mushrooms and plenty of vegetables. The longer it simmers, the more their sweetness builds into a gentle, deep umami. The same care goes into the dishes served alongside: a chilled lime and chamnamul (wild chervil) chicken salad, chicken thigh cured two days in koji salt and grilled on an iron plate, and crisp bindaetteok pancakes made from freshly ground mung beans — a table in perfect balance.

This is a cosy find after a long day at the palace. We were hungry and were looking for something warm and comforting. Their herbal chicken soup and rice just hit the spot. Their salt baked chicken was tender and delicious. One of a kind meal in Seoul I think, as I don’t think this is the meal we usually think Korean food is about.
닭곰탕이 정말 맛있었어요! 고기도 너무 맛있고, 살이 뼈에서 쉽게 분리될 정도로 부드러웠어요. 국물도 정말 맛있었고, 샐러드도 신선하고 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요. 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다! 😊
土曜日のお昼12時にキャッチテーブルから予約をしていきました。新しく出来たばかりと言う事もあり、店内は綺麗でした。タッカンマリ２人前に追加1人前で注文し、大人2人と子供1人でしたが、ペロリと食べ切れてしまうぐらい、鶏も柔らかく美味しかったです！野菜やきのこ、少量のうどんもついていて、うどんがモチモチで美味しかった！小皿に別で辛いタレがついていて、お好みで辛さを調整しながら食べられるのも、とても良かったです！会計時にジェラートも頂けて、スタッフさんも丁寧で愛想がよく、また行きたいです！
跟平常一隻雞不一樣味道，很好吃～～服務也很好，想來吃的人可以先用Catchtable排隊才不用等唷～～
It was amazing. The chicken soup was very tasty, and a big variety of sides is a nice compliment. But the best thing for me here was the service. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, food was prepared quickly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely visit again if back in Seoul
정말 맛있어요! 한국에서 이렇게 담백한 맛은 흔치 않거든요. 국물은 오래 끓일수록 더 진하고 맛있어져요. 양이 엄청 많아서 두 명이 먹기에는 국 한 그릇이면 충분할 것 같아요. 닭고기는 정말 부드럽고 버섯 향도 진해요. 밥은 꼭 시켜 드세요. 정말 맛있어요. 식사 후에 아이스크림도 주네요! 정말 맛있어요!

首爾景福宮附近的 PARU，真的是這趟旅程意外發現的驚喜美食！這次點了藥湯一隻雞、酒曲鹽烤雞及釜飯。藥湯一隻雞湯頭濃郁卻不油膩，雞肉燉得軟嫩，搭配菇類與蔬菜非常舒服；酒曲鹽烤雞的雞皮金黃焦香，肉質鮮嫩多汁，旁邊的烤馬鈴薯也很好吃。釜飯加入銀杏、栗子與黑豆，米飯香氣十足。最驚喜的是用餐結束後店家還送上冰淇淋，酸甜清爽，剛好替整餐完美收尾。下次來景福宮附近還會想再訪！
タッカンマリは癖がなくて外国人でも食べやすいし、スープの出汁がまじで絶品だった🥹✨ 子供にもすごく優しく配慮してくれてまじで感動…！正直、韓国人の私でも他の店とは一味違って、すっきりしてるのに濃い出汁の旨味がすごくてびっくりした！韓国に来たら絶対に一回は食べてみてほしい神店です👍✨
